About Us

Welcome to The Victory Tips Program! Victory Tips is a Bible-based, peer-to-peer program that teaches tips on how to rise above anxiety and depression. Victory Tips is unique because it shows healing from mental illness from a spiritual perspective, through Jesus Christ. Our theme verse is 1 Corinthians 15:57, “But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Millions of people credit Jesus Christ for healing their lives. We echo their stories and assist people until they too find victory over their problems.

The Victory Tips Program is written in such a way that anyone can use it to lead a mental health recovery group. It is written by past sufferer of mental health challenges. The book was birthed out of providing 15 years of Bible-based peer support. It is meant to be used in conjunction with Bible-based counseling.

Above, we have shared some personal information about hardships experienced. We have become vulnerable. But it is for good reason, it is for you to feel that there is hope. If weak people have become strong, then you too can rise above mental illness. That is the first bit of good news you will learn. And there is more in the pages of this book and in the testimonials you will read and listen too.

We hope the services we offer help you reach your goal of finding lasting peace and happiness.

For swift results in your recovery consider the following tips. 1) Find a good Bible-believing church near you that offers a weekly small group in your neighbourhood. You’ll get to know people quickly there and they can help you in your recovery. 2) Explore what it means to be born-again. 3) Get recommendations of good Christian counselors. We encourage everyone seeking healing for a mental health condition to work with a trained mental health professional. We can help you attain the above.

We encourage counselors to get to know us so we can refer people to their practice.
